Change how Optional Templates are displayed to End Users

Problem

Changing the names of the Optional templates does not reflect to the end user when running the DocGen Package (Original template/document name remains the same)

Solution

Use the 'End User Label' field on the Optional Template in Lightning. The text entered there will be displayed to the end user for the Optional template
