Code Fix: Attachments are not sent via the K2 Workspace App

Issue Description

When you have setup the K2 Send Email rule to send an attachment which is received from the attachment control, performing this action on a desktop works, but performing the same action on the K2 Workspace App, the attachment is missing.

Resolution

The fix is available in:

  • K2 Five (5.4) November 2021 Cumulative Update Fix Pack 10.

 

  1. Ensure you have the correct K2 version and/or Cumulative update installed. See KB001893 to see what Fix Pack level you have installed.
  2. Download the latest Fix Pack using the links in the table above for the version you require.
  3. Install the Fix Pack to apply the fix.
  4. It is recommended to clear browser cache and refresh the page.
