Issue
After upgrading to K2 Five (5.3), and you edit the K2 Settings from the K2 Connect Administration tool, the service instance is not registered. When you attempt to refresh the service instance or deploy a .svd file from Visual Studio, an error occurs.
Error Message
The following error occurs: “Object Reference not set to an instance of an object”.
Resolution
- Ensure you have K2 Five (5.3) and K2 Connect 5.1 installed.
- Contact your K2 Support representative to obtain the fix.
