When a user with process admin rights redirects a task to another user via K2 Management, the task notification email is not sent to the redirected user and an error is logged in the Host Server log file.
The following error is logged in the Host Server log file: “8130 Error processing message from local: User [Username] does not have Administrator rights.".
The fix is available in:
- K2 Five (5.2) October 2020 Cumulative Update Fix Pack 07.
- Ensure you have the correct K2 version and/or Cumulative update installed. See KB001893 to see what Fix Pack level you have installed.
- Download the latest Fix Pack using the links in the table above for the version you require.
- Install the Fix Pack to apply the fix.
