Code Fix: An error occurs when generating an Audit Report from the Licenses section in K2 Management

Issue Description

After installing K2 Five (5.2) Oct 2020 CU FixPack 11, an error message occurs when you generate an Audit Report from the License section in K2 Management. 

Error Message

"Could not load file or assembly 'ephtmltopdf, Version=12.2.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=e0ae9f6e27a97018' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified."

Resolution

The fix is available in:

• K2 Five (5.2) October 2020 Cumulative Update Fix Pack 14.

1. Ensure you have the correct K2 version and/or Cumulative update installed. See KB001893 to see what Fix Pack level you have installed.
2. Download the latest Fix Pack using the links in the table above for the version you require.
3. Install the Fix Pack to apply the fix.
4. It is recommended to clear cache and refresh your browser.
