"The escalation has no rule configured." error.

We are migrating workflows from 4.7 to 5 and have workflows that had "Escalation" configured in Smartforms client event. On migration, escaltion rules were converted to reminder mails.

I have configured the reminder mails correctly but on deploying the workflow, the following error is displayed:

"The escaltion has no rule configured"

Did you convert these workflows using a conversion tool (such as Jeylabs Powertoolz)?  You may want to try deleting and recreating the workflow steps that are in error state.
