K2 workspace app - Navigate to url

Hi All!

 

We have a button in the smartform which has open an url. The setting is the Navigate to URL action is:

Open in new window (or tab)

 

The problem is, if this smartform open in the K2 workspace app (Android) the window doesn't open a new window, it is open the same window where the smarform and after the user push the back button in the header, the whole page is refresing and every data what the user entered lost.

Is there any solution?

Hi


I believe you are experiencing OOB behavior where tasks are opened in the app itself. You can read more about this here.


 


You can certainly open the task form in the browser, see the animation and details here
