Cannot publish workflow with Box connector

I have just set up a login account with my company's Box account and am trying to test the connection to Nintex Workflow Cloud via a simple workflow. I've set up the connector correctly (or at least it appears so) and used it in a workflow start event (when new file is created). I can save the workflow but when I try to publish it I get the following error:  "Error: The workflow cannot be published at this time. Please retry later." I am able to publish other workflows so it must be something with the Box connector that it doesn't like.

Is the Box account you are connecting to an Enterprise account? You can make a connection using an individual account, but features are only available when you use Enterprise account connections.
