Configure Email Settings with OAuth

When problems occur when configuring or editing OAuth credentials only from the Nintex Console (but not Studio) and any changes made result in an error message stating, "Something went wrong," and nothing happens, performing changes in the RPA Studio will resolve the error.
 

 

Instructions 

 

  • First, open the Credential Vault and click on General Users tab.
  • Check the "Domain" field to see if any information is filled in (See screenshot below).
  • Delete the information in the Domain field. 
  • This should resolve your issue.
