Issue
When you have a workflow with an email step and a large file is attached to the email at runtime, an error occurred intermittently. This caused the email to not be delivered to the recipient, or the email was delivered without the attachment.
Error
SourceCode.Workflow.Shapes.EWS: Stream was not readable.
Resolution
Use links to shared locations of files instead of attaching large files to emails.
