Upgrade to Nintex Workflow

I receive the following message when I access one of the important SharePoints: I don’t know who owns this SharePoint and I do not have access to the owners list to ask if this SharePoint will continue to be accessible to me and all other IOL and third party users. Is there something each user needs to do to be able to access this SharePoint during the migration process?

We have a requirement to migrate workflow audit history and version history from Nintex On-prem to Nintex cloud. Can someone suggest the migration approach?Also, I have another question on Form migration, I read that we can migrate only task forms by leveraging Nintex upgrade center, how can we handle other forms migration to cloud?Thanks in advance for your help

Hi @JRoberts  Your articles on upgrading from Nintex O365 and Nintex for SharePoint are invaluable especially with the announcement of SharePoint 2013 workflow end of life. Hi all,I’m using the Do Calculation action to calculate % on a value and store it in a number variable.  I’m having 2 issues: I need to multiply by 0.05 (5%).  The interface won’t let me enter 0.05?  I can enter 0.5 but as soon as I enter 0.0...it keeps blanking out my second zero? Are only 2 decimal places is supported?  I’m trying 0.4975. Thanks for any help!Troy

We are upgrading from SharePoint 2013 to Nintex Automation Cloud.  We have several Query XML functions that formatted the XML data in a column tied to a repeating section into an HTML table that could be added to the body of an email using an XSLT template.  After the upgrade, the option to process the query using XSLT is no longer available in the Nintex Automation Cloud action for Query XML.  Does anyone know the best way to accomplish the same thing in Nintex Automation Cloud?

I have a workflow that was in O365 that I am trying to upgrade to NWC. Everything went pretty well except two fields/variables. In SharePoint I have a list that has two fields that are people fields. They are single select that pick from two different SharePoint groups. After the upgrade, I can’t select that field because it is greyed out. I have a third field in SharePoint that is multiselect people field that works just fine. Can someone point me in the direction of how to get the email address of the people picker fields?

Hello, I have a "choice" column in a workflow that only gets updating in a task. After the task is completed, I want to display the choice that was selected in the same column in the list view in SharePoint. I'm struggling to achieve this in Nintex Automate Cloud, it was very easy to do in O365 as I set the column to be connected to "same column" in the form settings. I tried the following:Create a form variable and then use the Update Item action It doesn't allow me to select my form variable in the Update Item action for this column (I'm assuming it's because it's a choice column and not a text/string column) Query the list where this column is "after" the Task is completed and then use the Update Item action Same issue as above, won't allow me to select what I need from the Query results  Here is a screenshot of what I am trying to do via an Update Item action:

Hello, In my current O265 workflow I have an email action that allows me set the TO field using a column in my list that is a calculation. Here is a sample of the calculation (it's used to determine between two users, which one to send the email notification to based on a column being null or not) =IF(ISBLANK([Sample Column]),[User 1],[User 2]) If null: sends to user 1If not null: sends to user 2 In Nintext Automate Cloud, I am getting the below error...I made sure that both user 1 and user 2 are in email format   This was in O365

While using the tool for upgrading, I'm referring to the "How to" documentation for the current item context. Specifically in use with Update List Item action. I need clarification on two things:1) It says the condition should be set to List Item ID is equal to integer Start Event Variable ID. I didn't have a Start Event Variable called ID, so I created one. I don't have another action setting the variable to a value though, how will that work? I might be mis-understanding the documentation. 2) It mentions having an ouput variable, can someone provide a little more context in how I would use the output variable when updating a list item? Any insight is greatly appreciatedThanks
