Nintex form is not opening on a single item

Issue

A single item does not open, where as other items in the list do open

Resolution

Attempt to remove the Nintex Form and then open the list, bearing in mind that this would remove the version history for the Nintex Forms.

If that doesn't resolve the issue, then the item would need to be created again.
