ISSUE
When viewing event logs, the following warning might appear:Windows could not start the Nintex Live Workflow Queue Service.
Additionally, the Nintex Live logs display the following:
Inner Exception: Message: A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond 168.62.16.180:5671
Type: System.Net.Sockets.SocketException
And the Nintex Live Workflow Queue Service has a ‘Started’ status, but the service cannot be started via services.msc.

RESOLUTION
- Configure the firewall to open the following ports:
- 5671/TCP
- 5672/TCP
- Configure the firewall to allow this instance “Nintex.Workflow.Live.QueueService.exe” to accept connections.
