List Nintex form is not enabled / published after the subsite automatically created using SiteTemplate

Scenario: I have created a site template with some nintex forms (regular list forms). I have then created a workflow which at some point creates a subsite from the given template. Everything is working fine, except for Nintex Forms. They are present in the newly created site, but they're not published, so the site displays regular Sharepoint list forms. I can go to Nintex Forms setting on a list for example and manually publish the form, but in our case, I really need the forms to get published automatically.

Is there anything I can do, so that the forms get published?

Also it seems odd to me, that workflows are published correctly, but forms are not.

Did you create your template with "Save site as template" or is it created programatically ?

If you know how to do this, you could create an Event Receiver that will automatically publish the form after site creation....but lot of work for such a simple need.

I know this is an old thread but I'm having the exact same trouble. But it has worked fine using the same scenario on another site. Same version, same environment, same process; it just doesn't work this time when it did then. I could really do with an explanation!
