Hi @Sneh bharti ,

based on this post from our security experts, it is not recommended to build login pages with SmartForms:

Hi @Sneh bharti , usually it not just a simple matter of creating a login page.

You also have to think about full-on user access management.

Where will the user-id’s be stored?

Will the users remain anonymous users or will they be named licensed users created in your Active Directory?

If Anonymous public users, are you licensed for the Internet Connector?

Will you be able to provide a secure login experience with correct level of encryption and security?

Will usernames and passwords be stored in an encrypted fashion?

Hello @Sneh bharti ,

we (Nintex Professional Services) have created a guest user management system called G.A.S. (Guest Account System)

It consists of a set of SQL Tables, SQL Stored Procedures, SmartObjects, SmartForms and encrypted auth tokens. As I said, not a simple matter, actually quite a lot of work and IP in that.

You can play with it over here and decide if it can work for you:

Auth.Test.Protected.Dash

If that is something you would be interested in I would suggest that you work with your Nintex Account manager or Customer Success manager to get the ball rolling. You can also DM me with your company name and corporate e-mail address if you want and I can follow up.
