Hello, I have a problem with email in Nintex, so the situation is like this:
1. I have two environments, development and production. Each in their central administration web, has their outgoing -email settings configured and same settings applied.
2. In development environment, if I have a workflow which has nintex action such as Send Email, Flexy Task, etc. The user got their emails without problem. But in production environment, the user doesn't got their email.
3. If I set alert rules in a list in production environment, the user received emails without any problem.
And after thoroughly investigated by ULS Viewer, I found this error
So far I haven't found any solution for this problem, Has anyone ever encountered this kind of error?
Hi finally I solved this,
For my solution is I have to fill authentication settings with valid email for SMTP Server in Central Administration --> Nintex Workflow Management --> Global Settings.
I dunno why it's not needed in development server, but for now this saves my trouble. Hope this helps someone.
