Administration Reports: Refresh data and custom list columns

Dear all,

I have a couple of questions regarding Nintex 2013 Administration Reports:

  1. By default, How often data in reports are refreshed? How can I force a refresh of the data on it? Is there a Timer Job in Central Administration?
  2. The reports are fine, but I need more information on it. I want to show the Ítem OOB "Title" column and a custom metadata created in a specific list. Is possible to show this information on the WF report or it's not possible to show custom metatada list columns on it? How can I modify the XML definition to be able to see these columns?
