the last couble of days I have had this error in the nightly runs - when pressing OK and manually running again, it runs without the error.

does anyone have an idea why this happens, or how to investigate the issue.

 

We are seeing a customer case experiencing exactly the same error during nightly runs the past 3-4 days. 



 



The customer is also getting another error with the text "Unauthorized version. This version was released after your software updates ended. The last version you are authorized to use is: Version 14.6.2"



 



Any news on why this happens?
