Where is Promaster listed?

You can use the email Promaster function in the Help menu in Process Manager, as described here:

I know that doesn’t get you the actual name(s) of the users with the Promaster designation in the system and sends an email to your organization’s Promaster, but it’s a quick way to start that investigation. 

I’d reach out to Nintex Support or your CSM to see if they can determine who has that role for your organization. We also have this content if you need to adjust Promasters for your organization.
 

This assumes you don’t have access to administration functions in Process Manager. If you do, the Promaster has left the company. The article above helps show how to find those people.
