Nintex Signature in O365 - Responsive Form

I have a form with multiple pages in Nintex for Office 365

I would like to save the signature - (Nintex Signature) in a List column

I use the Signature - but don't know how to save it, so as it goes through approval we don't loose the signature.

@cab411 If you add the attachment column to your layout, right click and select details you will see the attachments.

@cab411 Signatures are saved as an attachment against the item, you can get the url of the attachment from the column.

I use the Add Attachment as an Item, However, I am having difficulty locating the item. Workflow Instance says created, but I don't see it.
