I have created a New Responsive designer form on a SharePoint online list.   I have check box field on the form called Certified by Asset Manager which needs to be re-checked every time an item is edited in the list.

I created a rule the runs when the form is in Edit mode, it sets the value of Certified by Asset Manager to False.  This works in Preview of the form, but not after publishing and editing the item in the SharePoint.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi @tmfitz

Is the Rule Setting set to “Run change value actions when the form loads and when the user interacts with the form”?

You can find this under Forms Settings → General Settings

This will make the rules you created to run when the form loads.

@Garrett - thank you so much!  Changing that setting fixed the problem.
