K2 Application issues.

Hi, i already set my K2 FIVE CORE ENVIRONMENT and configure it to access remotely, I can reach anywebsite but only for 20 seconds around while a screen that said "Smarforms is warming" and a clock goes down, after it complete, a error page appears that "Site cant be reached " and an error: DNS_probe_finished_nxdomain

 

Attached, the screenshot of the page that I cant see.

 

And after it complete the clock, an screenshot that is similar to DNS_PROBE.
