Hello,

I tried login to the nintex suport site (https://customer.nintex.com/) but kept getting error message

“We're sorry, something went wrong when attempting to log in.” with a valid user account. I tried resetting my password as well but did not get any reset password email from Nintex. Is something wrong with the support site?

I have logged a Support ticket with the Nintex Helpdesk and will let you know what they say !

For my issue, it was trying to add an old cached password. When I manually typed in my password I could access it ok. 

Are you an active Nintex client at the moment? 

And are you able to log in using incognito mode?
