Dear K2 Community ,

We have taken a K2 db backup and restored it to a new server to migrate all live instances, then we installed K2 4.7 based on that restored DB to make this as our new QA K2 application server.

But now we understood that in this mean time some more instances has been created in the old server, is it possible to migrate these as well ?

Can we do a db backup & restore again?

If this is possible, then should we run the K2 balckpearl setup manager again on new server to configure it again?

Hi  @Manik ,

Yes, that is absolutely fine. To migrate all active instances over to the new server, restore the existing K2 database backup and run a re-configure from the K2 setup manager to point to the restored database.
