How to configure Checkbox DocuSign Secure Tags
 

DocuSign requires Checkboxes to contain a Group Name and a ToolTip.
When configuring these types of Secure Tags Please add a desired Group Name and ToolTip.

This will allow for the correct default value to be passed to the DocuSign Signing Interface.
