Drawloop - Error: (401)Unauthorized Error When Generating Document from Outbound Message

Issue

When using an outbound message to generate a document, delivery status might report a Delivery Failure Reason of (401)Unauthorized.
 

 

Resolution

  1. Navigate to Set Up > Outbound messages.
  2. Select the outbound message that refers to the affected object and Drawloop Next field. 
  3. Check Send Session ID check box.
