Issue Description

After deleting a Group from Active Directory, the K2 logs in Event Viewer are frequently filled by repeated IdentityServiceError messages.

Error Message

The following error occurs: “22:49:11","Error","IdentityService","64007","IdentityServiceError","IdentityService.ProviderCacheIdentity:RoleProvider.GetGroup","64007 Provider did not return a result for [domainGroupname]","anonymous","0.0.0.0","[GROUPNAME]:C:Program Files (x86)K2 blackpearlHost ServerBin","7891421","1206a343b8d94835aa98599b50d9d2f8",""

Resolution

  1. Ensure you have K2 Five RTM installed.
  2. Get the K2 Five RTM FP15 from Regional Support.
  3. Install the K2 Five RTM FP15 to apply the fix.
