Issue

When using K2 Connect to integrate with SAP, your process may go into an error state.

Symptoms

The following error may be presented to you:

"Message: RfcInvoke failed(RFC_COMMUNICATION_FAILURE): LOCATION CPIC (TCP/IP) on local host with Unicode ERROR connection to partner '<SAPServerFQN>"

Resolution

This has been identified as a bug in the product. Please contact K2 Support for the codefix. This issue will be addressed in a future release of K2 Connect.
