Issues with setting up Server Notifications

Notifications

You can receive email notifications to stay informed about important events, such as when a robot is:

  • Added to Console Plus

  • Stopped

  • Becomes disconnected or unresponsive.

More details can be found on the official documentation: Nintex Help: Notifications. If you followed all the steps and are still not receiving any notifications, you may want to look for a specific entry in the Seq logs. To identify if this is the cause, please refer to the steps below:

 

Instructions 

  1. Navigate to the Seq online tool.
    For additional information, go to this link: Nintex Community: Gather Logs - Seq
  2. Once you have gained access, you can see what is happening on the backend.
  3. In the top search bar, you can enter the following to filter out which services are visible:
    Application = ‘kryon-notifications-svc’
  4. In this case, you will be looking for the following entries:

     

  5. If you have these entries, it is likely that there is an issue with the certificate , and we advise you to check and verify that all certificates on the environment are working properly.
