You can receive email notifications to stay informed about important events, such as when a robot is:

- Navigate to the Seq online tool.
For additional information, go to this link: Nintex Community: Gather Logs - Seq - Once you have gained access, you can see what is happening on the backend.
- In the top search bar, you can enter the following to filter out which services are visible:
Application = ‘kryon-notifications-svc’ - In this case, you will be looking for the following entries:
- If you have these entries, it is likely that there is an issue with the certificate , and we advise you to check and verify that all certificates on the environment are working properly.
