Issue

Error with Outbound messages even though all was set up correctly

 

Resolution

Clearing Org-Wide Email or Email Template field in the DocGen Delivery option and then re-populate it 

 

Error Code

Error sending Salesforce email for (Object__c":a110A0000011AAAAAA) (invalid_cross_reference_key): invalid cross reference id (InternalError)
