Issue
Password reset emails are not arriving in the users mailbox
Resolution
- Check the Junk folders, or your organisations spam filter e.g. mimecast
- Ask your IT team to whitelist the email address promapp-noreply@promapp.com.au
Additional Information
Where SSO is set to Required mode passwords cannot be set. If you need to set a password:
- Change the SSO mode to Optional in Admin > Configure > Security
- Reset password using the link on the homepage
- Change the SSO mode to Required again
- A Promaster can access Promapp using a password through https://<yoursiteurl>/home/bypass
