Issue

Password reset emails are not arriving in the users mailbox

 

Resolution

  1. Check the Junk folders, or your organisations spam filter e.g. mimecast
  2. Ask your IT team to whitelist the email address promapp-noreply@promapp.com.au

 

Additional Information

Where SSO is set to Required mode passwords cannot be set.  If you need to set a password:
  1. Change the SSO mode to Optional in Admin > Configure > Security
  2. Reset password using the link on the homepage
  3. Change the SSO mode to Required again
  4. A Promaster can access Promapp using a password through https://<yoursiteurl>/home/bypass
