Issue
All users attempting to login to a Nintex Promapp site may receive the following error message:

Resolution
This may be due to the certificate expiring. If a Promaster has a password set from prior to your SSO being turned on they can access your site by going to https://yoursiteURL/home/bypass.
They will then be able to log in and change the certificate.
If you cannot log in, email your certificate to support@nintex.com who will be able to update your certificate and restore access for all users to your site.
Additional Information
ADFS: Your ADFS Primary token signing certificate may roll over to the new certificate approximately 15 days early.
