Nintex Promapp - Error when saving a Process with an associated Risk Treatment

Issue

The following error may occur when attempting to save a Process that has a Risk Treatment attached to one of the Activities:

An unknown error has occurred. Contact your Promaster.  

 

Resolution

  1. Go to the Risk Treatment in the Risk Register and edit it
  2. Change the Process the Risk Treatment is linked to & save
  3. Change the Risk Treatment to link back to the correct Risk Treatment & save

This should restore the link and allow the Process to be saved.
