Issue
A Process link, from a Process Group overview may give the error:
Special Permissions are required to view this Process
However the Process can be accessed through the search results or left hand navigation menu.

Resolution
As a Promaster:
- Go to the Process Group
- Switch to the Edit tab of the Group Overview
- Check the Process links - The Process links will be linked to a Variation that is currently Unpublished
- Either change the links to link to the Standard (for a normal user this will present the list of variations) OR Publish the Variation
