Issue
A Process may show it was edited by 'Promapp Promaster' in the change log.
Resolution
This occurs when a system job runs in the background and makes a change to the Process. This will happen in the following situations:
- Tag re-indexing that runs over night
- Moving a Process through Admin > Manage Groups that is In Progress will be published and show in the Change Log
Additional Information
Promapp Promaster may also appear if Nintex Support or Customer Success team need to edit a Process in order to Support you. We will always ask for permission first.
