Issue Description

When you configured your K2 Smartform with a SharePoint user and group column, searching for users and groups at runtime results in high memory usage on the environment.

Resolution

  1. Ensure you have K2 Five (5.2) installed.
  2. Download the K2 Five (5.2) FP25 from K2 Partner and Customer Portal.
  3. Install the K2 Five (5.2) FP25 to apply the fix.
