Issue

In K2 Five, during the installation process, you may run into "certificate" errors, which you will find within your Installer trace log files.

Error Code

For example, you may see the following:

RunProcess.Execute: Failed executing external process. Exception: CertificateManager.exe did not complete execution, navigate to C:Program FilesK2SetupCertificateManager.exe and run the executable.

ProcessWrapper.Execute: Process Error: Could not import certificate please provide valid parameters: .CertificateManager.exe import '[Base64certString]' '[Certificate Password]'

The input is not a valid Base-64 string as it contains a non-base 64 character, more than two padding characters, or an illegal character among the padding characters.
