Newly installed version 15.1.10 on a vm machine. The Foxtrot Administrator app will not start. Can see it in task manager for a few seconds then it disappears

The Foxtrot Administrator is a VB6 application and will be detected by the DEP (Data Execution protection) which will close the application very early. To fix this there are two ways.
1. Add Foxtrot administer to the list of allowed executable in DEP settings
2. Turn on DEP for essential Windows programs only.
