I just wondered if i can put forward a proposal to look at having an Unpublish feature for new published processes (those issued at 1.0) ? We have used the workarounds as indicated on another chat thread however change history is lost when using the copy into new process and upon deletion of the one to be unpublished.

Hi Claire - the best workaround idea I have is to have create a folder with viewing permissions that only Promasters or needed parties could see and move the process there, if it’s been published and you do not wish it to be viewed as it currently is.
This would allow you to keep the history but remove it from view for the time being.
