Hi there, I’ve got a staff member that is denied access to her own processes unless I make her a Promaster.  I’d understand if they are unpublished and someone else’s, but they are hers - so there should be no reason for her not to see them.   Any ideas what’s happening or what I should check?

Thanks

Is there a viewing permission on the folder? That’s the first thing that came to mind - I’m not sure of the behaviour for a process owner who doesn’t have viewing permissions to a folder….but if they can see them when Promaster, that’s what I would think of.
