Apply process group permissions

Users’ visibility of processes can be applied directly to process groups on the Manage Groups page. Permissions let you restrict certain process groups to certain roles and users only. They let you decide who can see or access your process groups and subgroups

Instructions

A Promasters can apply process group permissions by doing the following steps -

1. Go to Admin > Manage Groups
2. Click 3 dots icon next to a process group > Click Edit Process Group
3. Under Process Group Permissions > Click the drop-downs to select either 'Roles' or 'Users' to assign to the process group. 
4. Click 'Save'
