Code Fix: Errors received when delegating a workitem

Introduction
When upgrading to K2 blackpearl 0807 (4.8210.2.450) with running instances two issues are encountered with Delegation. Note: All new instances started after the upgrade can be successfully delegated.
Error Messages
Issue 1
When a workitem in the K2 Workspace user is delegated an error is displayed.
Issue 2
When using the SourceCode.Workflow.Management API to delegate a workitem or delegating from Management Console worklist an error is thrown in Visual Studio and the K2 Server stops functioning.
Or when using the SourceCode.Workflow.Client API the following error is received:
Error Resolution
This Hotfix is contained within the latest K2 blackpearl 0807 Update. Install the update package to resolve the error.
