Send email when sharing task

Hi Aljica, 

Thank you logging this community post. Please do correct me if I am wrong but I am assuming that you have a workflow that has a client event that has a group as its destination? In the wizard you should get the option "notify participants when they recieve a work item" and this should then bring you to a page where by you can edit your own message by using plain text or html code as well.

Hi Percy,

I'm talking about the share option available on  Workflow's task list

And that is also available on the worklist control.

It allows anyone to see worklfow instance information.
