Issue
Error when deploying Workflow "Missing reference at SmartformField in Event '' in Activity '' Error object reference not set to an instance of an object"
You will also be presented with this error on the Task Event:
"Object reference not set to an instance of an object"
Symptoms
You will be unable to deploy your workflow and a Server Event error will be raised.
Resolution
To correct this, you will need to Navigate to the Environment Library and validate that the "Set as Default" is enabled after applying the Set Default button on K2 Management:
