Code Fix: The Broker SDK is only calling single sign on authentication when the cached password is null

Issue Description

When you execute a K2 connect SmartObject after changing your single sign on credentials, you are not prompted to update your stored single sign on credentials.

Error Message

The following error message occurs: “An Error occurred during the SmartObject execution.”

Resolution

  1. Ensure you have K2 Five (5.1) installed.
  2. Download the K2 Five (5.1) FP22 from K2 Partner and Customer Portal.
  3. Install the K2 Five (5.1) FP22 to apply the fix.
  4. Refresh the browser cache.

Considerations

The fix will only be applied if you have K2 connect 5.1 installed.
