I am trying to use NWC to start a list workflow in SPO because it's a second workflow on the same list and I want to use a different form to launch it. You can't call an SPO workflow from NWC, so I need to create an Xtension, but I am totally lost reading the descriptions of how to do this. Has anyone else done so, and if so, can you share an example with me of how to do it?

Or, does anyone have a better idea of how to have two forms for two workflows on the same list? Is there any way to create a form for a site workflow, which would let me call it as a component workflow?

Did this topic help you find an answer to your question?

@AnneC You can have multiple content types on the SharePoint list that would allow you have multiple forms(https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/add-a-content-type-to-a-list-or-library-917366ae-f7a2-47ad-87a5-9689a1884e60).

Thank you. Now I have two forms, how do I call one workflow with one and a different workflow with the other?

@AnneC You can use conditional start options(https://help.nintex.com/en-US/office365/Designer/Toolbar/WorkflowSettings.htm) based on the content type to trigger the workflows.
