Hello,

I am trying to add a list of links from a smartobject into an email. The list is from sharepoint. I can bring in the list and separate them by a line by using the join function, but because of spaces in names i cannot just use the link field. i have tried to use the hyperlink function but i get all of the text as a single hyperlink not separated

i know this would work but this would be used for people who may not have access to K2, possibly external individuals as well.

Hi nickrahn,

Perhaps, another approach is to embed a link to a smartforms page (i.e. a list view) in your email step instead of displaying a list of items in the email. It sounds like when the Hyperlink function is applied inside the Join function, it converts the whole thing into a string, hence adding an HTML break (<br>) element doesn't seem to work.

I solved this by renaming all of the files in an earlier step so that there are no spaces in the file links.
