Hi everyone,

Is there a way to convert a K2 Five Form, to a pdf file and merge multiple attachments into a single pdf file?

Our legacy systems utilized Muhimbi to convert and attach the form & related attachments to an email notifications, but our current K2 solutions are built independent of SharePoint.

The system owners require a similar solution on the K2 platform.  The stakeholders want to review the form & all the content in a single Pdf document.

There is the SaveAsPDF control on SmartForms that uses the PDF Converter SmartObject. The PDF Converter SmartObject can  accept a URL as input and make a PDF out of that web page, so if your documents are web viewable you could use that.  Each Url would be its own PDF.  I have never tried it but you could create a SmartForm with a list view where the item in the list is a content control with a Url to your document.

Saving As PDF Control (nintex.com)

PDF Converter (nintex.com)

There are web services available from multiple vendors including Muhimbi on the web that can be called via REST to return a PDF.  You should be able to call those services with the REST broker.
