Anyone else seen this issue?

We have a workflow that's been around for about six months. It was created by User A. When I visit that workflow and look at its Last Modified Date and Last Modified By, it shows a date in the past, and User B--who was not even hired onto our team on the date K2 says the workflow was last modified.

We do have a few workflows that need to be changed at the database level to switch their checkouts or locked-bys to different users, but we checked and this was not one of them.

Any ideas why this is occurring?

Hi TomBurke

The Last Modified By and Last Modified Date values for a Workflow is simple column values in the K2 Database for the specific Workflow.

It is possible to change these values in the K2 Database that will then reflect in K2 Designer. I suspect the values were changed in your K2 Database, possibly unintentionally, to User B.

Please Note though that direct K2 Database modification is not allowed as it might leave the environment in an unsupported state. This must only be done with the assistance of, or when instructed to do so by K2 Support.
