Symptoms

This happens if you execute a Document Library SmartObject (Create method) from the SharePoint Service V2 Broker created from a SharePoint 2010 site.

Resolution

This issue occurs when a user creates a column within a SharePoint Document library that has a space in it. For example: "Approved by"

To workaround the issue, please do not have any spaces in your column names. Alternatively, please contact K2 Support for a fix which was created for K2 4.6.11.
